Fleet management platform Carrum Mobility raises $10 Mn in Series B led by Uber
Carrum Mobility, a B2B fleet management platform, has raised $10 million (approximately Rs 96 crore) in a Series B funding round led by Uber. This is Uber’s second investment in the company, following its$7 millioninvestment in January 2026. The fresh capital will be used to expand into existing and new geographies, strengthen its technology platform and scale operations, Carrum Mobility said in a press release. Founded in 2024 by Karan Jain, Carrum Mobility provides fleet management solutions for CNG and electric vehicles. The platform uses technology and data to manage fleet utilisation and driver operations. Since Uber’s previous investment in January 2026, Carrum Mobility said it has nearly doubled its business, driven by demand for premium mobility services. The company claims to operate more than 5,000 vehicles across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Kolkata as of September 2026. It has over 18,000 driver partners, while its Chennai operations are expected to go live in September 2026. Carrum Mobility competes with Uber-backed fleet operator Everest Fleet, which received a$20 millioninvestment from Uber in November 2025. Uber had previously invested $30 million in Everest Fleet in September 2024. Carrum Mobility said it has been profitable since its first month of operations and has reached an annualised revenue run rate of approximately Rs 400 crore within around two years of starting operations.
